聯準會批准Burke & Herbert金融服務公司申請案

美國聯準會（FRB）於2026年4月10日宣布，批准Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp.的申請案。

該申請案內容為，位於維吉尼亞州亞歷山卓的Burke & Herbert Financial Services Corp.，將與位於賓夕法尼亞州Camp Hill的LINKBANCORP, Inc.合併，並間接收購LINKBANK。

聯準會同時批准，位於維吉尼亞州亞歷山卓的Burke & Herbert Bank and Trust Company，與LINKBANK合併，並在LINKBANK所在地設立及營運分行。
